Where to Play Pickleball in Vineland

• Gittone Park, 2035 E. Oak Road. The park's new permanent pickleball courts opened in 2025. This is an outdoor option when you already have playing partners; a public court is not a promise of organized games. The park also has restrooms and picnic areas. Park location and amenities.
• Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA, 1159 East Landis Avenue. Indoor pickleball uses the Milam Family Multipurpose Center, a shared gym. • Proshot Pickleball, 6725 E. Black Horse Pike, Suite 30B, Egg Harbor Township. Outside Vineland, this air-conditioned facility has eight fenced indoor courts. Getting Started

Brand-new players should start with Proshot's free Intro to Pickleball lesson in Egg Harbor Township. The one-hour session runs Wednesday nights for first-time guests, covering fundamentals, scoring, serving, returns and basic strategy. Paddles and balls are provided. Once you know the basics, the Vineland YMCA's beginner/intermediate play is a local next step for members. The early-fall schedule places it on Saturday from 3:15-4:45 p.m. Reserve through TeamReach and use the current schedule for the dates you plan to play. Open Play and Organized Games

The YMCA separates Saturday advanced play, 1:45-3:15 p.m., from beginner/intermediate play, 3:15-4:45 p.m., on its early-fall schedule. These are pickleball sessions with reservations, separate from ordinary open-gym time. Follow the TeamReach setup instructions to reserve a spot.

Faith Bible Church offers a recurring evening route into coed games, with advance registration through the Redmans. Proshot adds scheduled open play, clinics and leagues for players willing to travel to Egg Harbor Township.

Traveling YMCA members can use Nationwide Membership access through a participating home Y, then request access to the local TeamReach group and reserve the appropriate skill session. If you already have partners and want outdoor play, Gittone Park is the simpler plan.
